Dr. Dave Covington is the principal partner of the Reach Up Leadership Group. Dave and his partners have developed and pioneered a developmental adaptive leadership methodology that teaches leaders to optimize their individual and team learning, and thus their effectiveness with strategic planning and implementation, organizational development, performance improvement, and change initiatives.
Dave also teaches in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management, and Innovation Studies at Northwest Nazarene University. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Hoff School of Business, and a doctorate in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca University.
