Leading Through Change: Tools & Practices to Navigate Change Initiatives Successfully


This course equips leaders with the mindset and toolkit to successfully lead their teams through change initiatives. Leaders will gain the following:

  • An understanding of the psychological and emotional aspects of change

  • Best practices for reducing resistance and building adoption of change

  • Effective strategies for engaging stakeholders through communications planning and end-user training

  • The ability to utilize Change Management models and methods in any organizational change initiative or project

  • Tools for assessing the readiness of teams and organizations to move into change initiatives

Course Details:

  • 4-weeks in length; weekly meetings in a Google Meet virtual classroom.

  • Pre-Session preparation materials

  • Weekly Leadership Practice for practice with the Change Management methods and tools, leading to a completed Change Management Plan for the leader
